For Nigerian schools
Run your school on records you can prove.
Students, results, attendance, timetables, exams and staff — one system, built around the way your school already works. And every report card it publishes is sealed and carries a QR code, so a parent can check it is genuine in one scan instead of taking it on trust.
Onboarding pilot schools now — one school a week, first term free.
- Every card carries a QR
- Sealed — corrections are versioned
- Your data, exportable any time

Results week
Score sheet on Monday. Verifiable card by Friday.
Teachers submit, the exam office approves, Edsynk computes the totals, positions and grades on your scheme, then seals the result. What comes out is a card that proves itself — and results week takes an afternoon instead of a fortnight of evenings.
01
Entered
Teachers enter scores on any phone — offline if the network drops.
02
Approved
Whoever entered a score cannot approve it. Two people, always.
03
Sealed
Published results are frozen. A correction makes a new version; it never rewrites the old one.
04
Scanned
The parent scans the QR. Genuine or not — no login, no phone call to the school.
Academics
The part every school is judged on.
Results week is the week a school's reputation is made or lost. Edsynk takes it from a fortnight of evenings to an afternoon — and ends with a card a parent can check rather than one they have to trust.
Scores in, sealed report cards out. Edsynk computes totals, positions and grades on your own scheme, then freezes the result — a correction makes a new version and never rewrites the old one. Every card carries a QR a parent can scan.
One screen, on any phone, that keeps working when the network drops — entries queue on the device and sync when the line returns. Whoever enters a score cannot approve it, so two people always touch a result.
Two CAs or three, your weights, your grade boundaries, WAEC A1–F9 or bands you define yourself — set per level if your junior and senior schools mark differently.
Your ladder, in your words. JSS and SS, or Pre-Hadda through Tahfiz — free-form levels in your own order, streamed into arms or single-stream, with the subjects each level actually takes.
The session and its terms drive everything downstream — which results are current, what the register covers, what a transcript spans.

Records & access
Everything you keep about a child, in one place.
Not a folder in a cabinet and three spreadsheets that disagree. One record, with a history of who touched it — and a permission matrix deciding who may see which part.
One record per child that holds what a school actually keeps: guardians — the mother and the father, not just whoever holds the login — emergency contacts, medical notes, state and LGA, previous school, and the day they left and why.
Results, attendance, guardians and audit history on one page. Who changed a record, and who merely looked at it — because for health and guardian data, reading it is the part that matters.
A matrix you control: who enters, who approves, who publishes. Enforced on the server, so access never depends on a hidden button — a teacher sees their classes, a parent sees their own children and nothing else.
The one page with no login. A parent, a new school or a scholarship board enters the code on the card — or scans it — and sees exactly what the school published. A forged card has nothing to scan.

Edsynk AI
Edsynk AI drafts. Your teachers decide.
Three assistants, inside the system your school already runs on. They write the first draft — a remark, a question paper, an explanation — and a person approves every one of them. None of them can set a score, and no child's name is ever sent to the model.
EdInsight
Teachers and heads
Report-card remarks, drafted from results you have already sealed. Each child gets a teacher's comment and a principal's comment written from their own subject scores, position and traits. The teacher edits it and copies it onto the card — nothing is written there for them. The same screen summarises the class for the head.
EdAssess
Teachers
Question papers from your own topics. Give it the subject, the level, the topic and your notes; it drafts multiple-choice, true/false, short-answer or essay questions. Keep the ones you want, print the paper — or the same paper with the marking scheme — and run that bank as a CBT exam. It is sent no student data at all.
EdMentor
Students
A study tutor inside the student portal. The student picks a subject and a topic, then asks it to explain, to set practice, or to check an answer — and it stays on that topic. It runs only where the school has switched it on and a parent has consented, every conversation is kept for staff to read, and it is capped at thirty sessions a term.
- No assistant can enter, change or approve a score. Marks, positions and grades are computed by the results engine from what your teachers typed.
- Names never reach the model. Children are sent as Student 1, Student 2 — the real name is put back on our side, after.
- Health notes, guardian contacts, fees and dates of birth are refused before a prompt is assembled, at a single chokepoint every assistant goes through.
- One switch per assistant, a monthly token cap and a prepaid balance — all set by your school, and usage is logged as figures, not as text.
Your rules
Built on your scheme, not ours.
Edsynk computes exactly to your school’s own grading scheme. You do not adapt to the software — you enter the rules you already use, once, and it holds them.
- Two CAs or three, your weights, your grade boundaries.
- WAEC A1–F9, simple A–F, or bands you define yourself.
- Electives and ties resolved the way your school resolves them.
- Conventional, Islamiyyah or hybrid — same engine, your subjects.
The term
Entered once. Used everywhere, after.
From resumption to vacation day — term dates drive the calendar, attendance, and the report card’s “next term begins”. Nothing is re-typed, so nothing drifts.
- 6
- classes driven by one term definition
- 38
- students whose cards auto-fill from it
- 84
- school days, from resumption to vacation
Roles & access
Everyone sees exactly what they should.
A teacher sees their own classes. An exam officer approves but cannot enter. A parent sees their own child and nothing else — not the class list, not another family. You set the matrix; Edsynk enforces it on the server, so nothing depends on hiding a button.
- A permission matrix you control — who enters, who approves, who publishes.
- Results, attendance, guardians and audit history — one profile per child.
- Parents sign in on your school's own address and see only their children.

Onboarding
Go live on the term you are already running.
Migration is a service we perform, not a burden we hand you. Excel, an old portal export, scanned mark sheets, last term’s PDFs — send it however it exists. We turn it into clean, sealed records.
One school a week
We onboard deliberately, not in bulk — your migration gets a person, not a ticket queue.
Current term first
We import the term you’re running now, so you go live on real results — not a blank system.
Backfill history later
Past sessions come across afterwards, at your pace. Old records never hold up the launch.
Never block go-live
Missing a column or a messy sheet doesn’t stop you — we clean it on our side, not yours.
Standards
Built for trust. Available this term.
Scores save on the teacher’s phone through any network dropout, sync when the line returns, and nothing is lost in a blackout or a dead zone.
Sealed & QR-verifiable
Every published result carries a cryptographic record. One scan proves a card is genuine — for good.
Audited, end to end
Audit logs cover every change, and the author of a score can never be the one who approves it.
NDPA 2023
Built to Nigeria’s data-protection standard, with a DPA schools can actually sign.
Exportable forever
You export everything, free, for good — it’s in the contract. We never hold a school’s data, or a child’s results, hostage.
